We are 4th generation ranchers who have always run a cow calf operation in Atascosa and Guadalupe counties. Recently we decided to start finishing our own steers and selling quality beef directly to the consumer. All of our steers are born and raised on our ranches. During finishing they are hand fed a corn ration twice a day for maximum daily gain and superior flavor. The steers are processed at a state certified facility where they are dry aged for 21 days then the meat is vaccum packed and frozen. C91 Ranches state certified labels are placed on every package. Our meat is “All Natural” meaning we don’t use the additives and preservatives that are found in most grocery store meat. You may notice our beef has a darker color, that’s because it’s not treated with carbon monoxide to give it that brigter red color. Give it a try you will not be disappointed.
